Tickets: E-tickets will be emailed to you immediately after purchase. Paper tickets will usually be shipped within 2-5 business days after your order is confirmed.
Merchandise: After confirming your order, we will usually ship within 2-5 business days. This may vary depending on stock availability and shipping area.

Shipping fee for purchase is 500 yen nationwide
◯ Returns and cancellations
We cannot accept exchanges or returns after tickets have been purchased. However, if the event is canceled, we will refund you after going through the designated procedures. Regarding merchandise, if there is a defect in the product, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. We will only accept exchanges and returns for unopened, unused items. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

If the item is different from your order or is damaged or defective during delivery, we will exchange it for a good item if we have it in stock, or refund you (we will cover the bank transfer fee) if we do not have it in stock.
Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product and return it to us cash on delivery.
◯ Regarding cancellation of services due to organizer's circumstances
If the course is cancelled due to reasons of the organisers, we will reschedule the course or provide a full refund.
